Antifrogen N - Yüksek kaliteli ısı transfer aracı
Servis ve Ýzleme
A high quality heat transfer medium and cooling brine for industrial refrigeration equipment based on ethylene glycol;

The successfully proven product Antifrogen N® is a clear liquid, tinted pale yellow, for use as a high quality heat transfer medium in solar heating, heat pump and hot water heating systems and as a cooling brine (saline solution) in industrial refrigeration equipment. Its antifreeze action is based on ethylene glycol. To achieve the required frost resistance, Antifrogen N® is mixed with tap water containing a maximum of 100 mg/kg chlorides. In addition, Antifrogen N® contains effective corrosion inhibitors that will give all metals commonly used in refrigerating and heating systems lasting protection from corrosion and scale. Official corrosion test certificates are available.

The good corrosion-inhibiting properties of Antifrogen N® water mixtures decrease - as might be expected - with increasing water content. The Antifrogen N concentration of the heat transfer medium should therefore be at least 20% v/v. Such a solution is resistant to freezing down to -10°C.

Many different non-metal materials are suitable for the production of components which come into contact with Antifrogen® /water mixtures: polyamide, polyurethane, polyester and epoxy resins, polyvinyl chloride (unplasticized), polystyrene, polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutene, Viton and other types of natural and synthetic rubber.

Aqueous Antifrogen N® solutions do not separate, and retain their effectiveness for a long time. It is important to check their frost resistance with a hydrometer or special antifreeze tester immediately after the system has been filled and subsequently at approximately annual intervals and whenever the liquid level is topped up.
